Obedience is essential to ensuring good communication within the human-dog team. With obedience, we can establish a common language, build partnership and create bonds. Obedience teaches our dogs how to please us.

Activities will be offered depending on registrations and availability. As soon as we have the minimum amount of registrations, we will start the activity. Therefore, no specific date for the start of the course but it should start promptly in the coming days/weeks. Your availability will be confirmed by email or phone.
4 weeks
For puppies less than 16 weeks old
Please note that the 4-week session of puppy, adolescent and basic obedience classes begin with a recorded webinar which lasts approximately 1.5 hours that will be made available to you. As soon as you register and we receive your payment, you will be given a password to access this training introduction.
- Socialization and educational games

Novice
- Introduction to clicker training
- Shaping/luring of new commands and tricks: bow, sit pretty, slalom between legs, take, spin-turn, monkey, crawl, carrousel, figure 8 between legs, play dead, boo, rollover, paws on feet, kisses, jump into arms, touch, beepbeep, dig, back up
- Evaluation & “Do More With Your Dog!” certification (level: novice). The evaluation fees are included, extra fees apply for the DMWYD certificats
Advanced
- Perfection of clicker training
- Shaping/luring of new commands and tricks: take, shy, boom, cross your paws, play dead, paws on feet, rollover in towel, bow/moonwalk, fake limp, byebye, jump in arms/over leg, stall, money in the bank, back up, boo, beep-beep, open/close door, handstand
- Evaluation & “Do More With Your Dog!” certification (level: novice/intermediate). The evaluation fees are included, extra fees apply for the DMWYD certificats

- Introduce and/or perfect the 100+ signs from the CKC and CARO associations that describe specific exercises such as:
- Stand-Stay chien– Sit-Front-Heel Position
- Half turn left-right

- Introduction to the rules of the competitions
